Payment is to be sent within 48 hours of receiving a sketch, after 24 hours of silence I will send a reminder and if you haven’t said anything for another 24 hours I will cancel the commission and you will be partially refunded. Paypal only.What I need from you:You MUST have a clear, digitally drawn reference of your character for every type of commission except a reference sheet or custom.You must provide at least somewhat clear pictures for a regular reference sheet, or I might have to take artistic liberty with features that aren’t clearly provided.For customs, you can either send a clear idea and features you’d like included, or you may send a moodboard/color pallette and I will take full artistic liberty. (while sticking to the main theme of course)Refunds:A full refund may only be provided if the commissioner cancels their commission before the sketch is finished. (usually within 5 hours)If I’ve completed the sketch, a 75% refund will be provided.If I’ve started the lineart, a 50% refund will be provided.Once I’ve finished lineart and begun coloring, a refund is no longer available without a VERY good reason.I will NOT draw:- NSFW/Fetish art- Anything that promotes hateful or violent speech or actions (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc)If I find out you’ve commissioned me to draw something that I wasn’t aware was hateful, you will be immediately blacklisted with no chance at being removed. If I was in the process of drawing the commission, it will be cancelled without refund.
Extra Terms:
I have the right to refuse any commission I’m not comfortable with for any reason without explanation.My art MAY NOT be used for NFTs, Minting or AI. If you plan on using my art commercially, make that clear in your initial DM and we can discuss prices.Anyone who knowingly goes against my TOS will be immediately blacklisted. However, depending on how major the situation was, you may have a chance at being removed.
